A GOOD GUESS DESERVES A GOOD REVEAL

Everything has a price.
Some will surprise you.

Price Faceoff is an independent browser game built around one simple question: which of these two objects costs more? We mix familiar everyday purchases with tech, lifestyle objects and extraordinary collectibles.

The idea is to make a round quick to understand and satisfying to reveal. Sometimes the difference is only a few dollars. Sometimes an ordinary-looking object turns out to be a very specific, very valuable collector’s piece.

Three ways to play

Play an endless run to build your longest streak. Come back for the daily ten to compare a spoiler-free score with friends. Or meet in a live 1v1 room, answer the same comparisons together and let the prices settle the debate.

What makes a fair comparison

A price without context can be misleading. Each card specifies the model or lot, price type and year. Our launch focuses on US dollars and linked primary sources. The sources page explains the difference between a retail snapshot and a historical auction result.

Built for a quick game

There is no signup, subscription or download. Solo progress stays on your browser. Live rooms use a nickname and expire after 24 hours. Sounds are optional, the design works on narrow screens and reduced-motion preferences are respected.
