A sneaker price game for everyday pairs and auction grails

Recognizable retail shoes meet exceptional collector’s pairs in this higher or lower sneaker game. Compare the stated US price of an exact model and colorway, then see how a signed, game-worn pair changes the scale. Retail prices are dated snapshots; a list price is identified separately from a temporary sale. Auction prices belong to the particular pair and sale shown on the card. The result is a quick sneaker challenge to share with a friend who thinks they know every price.

What is Price Faceoff?

Price Faceoff is a free price comparison game. You see two objects and pick the more expensive one. After each choice, both prices and their sources are revealed. Play an endless streak, the daily challenge or a live duel with a friend.

Are the prices real?

Every amount in the game has a linked source. Cards distinguish US retail snapshots, historical launch prices and the results of specific auctions. The year and model are shown before you choose. Prices are in US dollars.

How does the daily challenge work?

Everyone gets the same 10 comparisons each UTC day. Your progress is saved on this browser, so you can come back to finish. One daily attempt is recorded per browser, and a new challenge starts at midnight UTC.

How do I play with a friend?

Create a room, share its link or six-character code, and wait for your friend to join. Your friend presses Ready, then you start the match. You both answer the same 10 rounds, with a shared 12-second timer. Live rooms become available when the service is online.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. Solo play works immediately in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A live friend duel only needs a nickname. There is no download, payment or account requirement.
